Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of brandboost.bot (the "Site") and the services offered by BrandBoost, a brand operated by Saran Group LLC (doing business as Brandswaggin), based in New Jersey, United States ("BrandBoost," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

BrandBoost provides search engine optimization, AI-search optimization, and related digital marketing services on a productized, managed basis. A real team delivers these services, supported by AI tools. Specific deliverables depend on the plan you select (Local, Growth, or National).

No guarantee of specific results

Search visibility depends on many factors outside our control, including the policies and algorithms of third-party platforms such as Google and AI search providers. We work diligently on your behalf, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, placements, revenue, or other outcomes. Anyone promising guaranteed #1 rankings should be treated with caution — and that includes us.

Fees, billing, and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, engagements are month-to-month with no long-term contract, and you may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund fees already charged for the current period. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable recurring fee until you cancel.

Your responsibilities

To deliver our services, we may need timely access to your website, Google Business Profile, and other relevant accounts, along with accurate information and reasonable cooperation. Delays in providing access or information may affect timelines and results. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content or materials you provide to us.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you no rights in our trademarks or content except as needed to use the Site and services as intended. Work products delivered to you as part of your engagement are addressed in your service agreement.

Third-party platforms

Our services interact with third-party platforms (such as Google and AI search providers). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those platforms, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Disclaimers

The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrandBoost and Saran Group LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services in the three months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrandBoost and Saran Group LLC from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
