BrandBoost ("BrandBoost," "we," "us," or "our") is a brand operated by Saran Group LLC (doing business as Brandswaggin), a digital agency based in New Jersey, United States. When you fill out our contact or audit-request form, book a call, or email us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, and anything you include in your message. Our forms are delivered through a third-party form provider (Deftform), which processes this information on our behalf.

Payment information. If you become a client, payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly under its own security standards and privacy policy.

Information from providing our services. To deliver our services to clients, we may be given access to accounts and platforms you control, such as your website and Google Business Profile. We use this access only to perform the services you've engaged us for.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site — using cookies and analytics tools (for example, Google Analytics). This helps us understand how the Site is used and improve it.
